Same Day Shipping:

Shipping estimates are in business days. Typically, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, & New Year’s Eve) do not count as business days.

Newparts.com frequently exceeds our shipping estimates; however, delays may occur in shipping your items. Most orders for ‘In Stock’ parts received before 2:00 PM EDT Monday – Friday will ship the same business day. Most orders for ‘In Stock’ parts received after 2:00 PM EDT Monday – Friday will ship the next business day. Some exceptions apply to the 2:00 PM cutoff.

Which carriers do we use?

  • FedEx Standard Shipping for orders typically over 1 lb. in weight.
  • USPS First Class Mail for orders typically under 1 lb. in weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and our carriers. We ensure that every single order is shipped out the door in the shortest time possible.

Shipments to PO Box:
If your shipping address is a PO Box, we will attempt to use USPS if possible. Please note that some items are too large to ship via USPS and will be cancelled from your order if they are over the size/weight limits set forth, or we may contact you by email to provide an alternative address. You will be notified by email if an order cancellation occurs, or an alternative address is required.

Orders Held For a Fraud Screening:
At any time, and with or without notification, we may decide to hold your items for additional security screening. When this occurs, you will be notified in checkout, by email, or directly contacted by a member of our customer service team for further identity verification.
